Introduction to Bioinformatics - part 2

If you have not read my first post about Bioinformatics Read it first.

Bioinformatics mainly refers to manipulate and analyzing biological data. These data cannot analyze or manipulate manually by human. So these data should store in computation databases, mainly in relational databases. So queries and other advanced algorithms can be used to analyze and interpret these data.

Bioinformatics databases can be categorized in many ways according different criteria.
These databases can be vary from Nature of information stored and Manner of information stored.

IDENTY CARD NUMBER READER(SRI LANKA)

Today I’m going to introduce a very small software which developed by me. This software can find birth day from your identity card number. You just only want to enter your id number and press enter. software will provide your birth day. Again I say this is small software. The programming language which I used is JAVA. It is a very good language to program. So feel this experience.

Streaming VLC-vlc part 3

Vlc has another feature call network steam. When we download a song we can’t hear until download it. But Vlc allow to hear it while downloading.  Find a url with .mp3 or another media extension. Then copy to clipboard that url and Open Vlc then press CTR+N. After that you can see this window.

 I think this software is alredy known by you. But I’m going to tell how to use features of this in a simple way .

This is an open source software. So Vlc has more media plugging .so it can plays many media types. such as mpg,flv,mkv,mp3,mp4,avi etc… Vlc is a small and speed software and it use minimum system requirements .
