Bioinformatics mainly refers to manipulate and analyzing biological data. These data cannot analyze or manipulate manually by human. So these data should store in computation databases, mainly in relational databases. So queries and other advanced algorithms can be used to analyze and interpret these data.

Bioinformatics databases can be categorized in many ways according different criteria.
These databases can be vary from Nature of information stored and Manner of information stored.

When there is an explosive growth in biological information, a efficiency method was needed.to analyse and interprit these information using computer technologies. That is the emerging of a new field called Bioinformatics. Major advances in molecular biology and advances in genomic technologies have led to this explosive growth. Image steganography is simply a data hiding technique while sub part of Steganography.

Commonly there are two data hiding techniques.

    2. Cryptography
