Introduction to Bioinformatics - part 2

If you have not read my first post about Bioinformatics Read it first.

Bioinformatics mainly refers to manipulate and analyzing biological data. These data cannot analyze or manipulate manually by human. So these data should store in computation databases, mainly in relational databases. So queries and other advanced algorithms can be used to analyze and interpret these data.

Bioinformatics databases can be categorized in many ways according different criteria.
These databases can be vary from Nature of information stored and Manner of information stored.
